The patch installs a new uvHTMPEG2.dll and accepts the trial version. Languages included (Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese).

This patch does not address other issues. Menus are still progressive frames instead of fields.
This patch also does not fix the "menu save" problem: you still need the umfnormaledittask.dll from support.
