Divx Authoring Software to build a DiVX dvd+r dl

I have a Divx player, i can create a divx file, place it on cd,dvd-r or dvd dl, all which play in my philips dvp642 player, now what i am a looking for is a way to chapterize these files. keeping the divx files on the dvd. the software i see is usually a conversion from divx2dvd, which i don't really need, (mpeg1 or mpeg2) i just need a authoring program to create the chapters for the dvd and keep my divx files as they are. I also noticed that divx spec support authoring, so where is this software and better yet, can i do this with vs10. My quest is produce home movie dvd-dl that supports up to 16 hours of divx files on one dvd. (each dvd will be of one year of video), but getting around a 16 hour dvd should require chapter function of a normal dvd.
