i'm running a photo editing shop using pi10.
i would like to have a system having two monitors (M1 and M2) on which i edit on M1 and my client preview in realtime the final artwork on M2.

You must have a graphic card that supports two monitors.
Then all you do is extend you desktop to both monitors. Resize so Ulead is on one and another program on the other.
Right click on the Desktop and select Properties then the tab Settings. click on the Monitor Number 2 and then check the option Extend My Windows Desktop on to this monitor.
