Direct Use of Ulead Straight-to-Disc SDK

We would like to make calls direct to the DLLs which make up the Straight-to-Disc SDK.
That is, we want to write our own application which writes audio/video direct from the capture device to DVD.

Is this possible?
How much does it cost?
