IMPORTING DVDs, EDIT MENUS, DIVISION OF SCENES & SUBTITL

Hi

I just wanna know if importing DVDs into DVD MF5 or DVD WORKSHOP 2 (for DVD-REAUTHORING & EXPORTING later on):
a) can you edit the original menus after getting rid of some foreign audio/subtitle streams including ridding off useless links & altering menus
b) can you maintain the division of chapters / scene selection or do you have to do it MANUALLY
c) can you maintain some subtitle streams you want
d) can you do a 2-in-1, 3-in-1 etc if you import more than 1 disc in the same project & later do a TOP MAIN MENU letting you choose between the movies (I know this requires DVD SHRINKING)
e) can you reduce the 5.1 Dolby Digital audio stream into 2.0 Dolby Digital Stereo to spare some disc space / give more quality to the videos themselves

I copy my DVD folders to my HDD first to my make life easier!
