File Formats

I have pictureshow 2. It says it supports mov. file format but when I try adding the video to my slideshow it drops it in. but won't run the video

I tried adding a animated gif. and it won't accept that either

Basically it says it runs the file formats i'm trying to use but none work.
Help please!!

Have you tried updating your system? DirectX, Microsoft, Quicktime, etc. ^_^
