Trevor Andrew should be working for Ulead as he is much more informative and user friendly than anything ulead has to offer. Vidoman seems to work 24-7 for the benefit of ulead users. It is difficult to put a value on these guys efforts. Perhaps ulead should reward these vigilant and incredibly helpful people for all that they give for nothing. I applaud you all.

Agreed 100 perecnt. The guys you mention as well as users such as sjj1805, thoff, Ken Berry, heinz-oz, Brian Cee....the list goes on. Ulead's tech support pales in comparison to the help these guys offer the users of this forum. At the very least, each of them should receive free Ulead products for their service.

I also fully agree to this.
The people from Ulead support should pay them a reward once they are back from their long-term vacation...

Thanks for the pat on the back, a little embarrassed.

There are many, many more people that contribute to this forum, each and everyone being very helpful.
The knowledge covered and shared is extraordinary.

A quick reply indicating that the advice worked is sufficient reward.

As for Ulead, there are no employees at Ulead, just an ignorant computer that is programmed to give an automated response. Then you are ignored. (now the programmer is no longer needed) and as Sektionschef remarked he is on long term vacation.

But someone has produced a good product

Anyhow enough moaning.
