Countdown clock on screen

I have footage of a hockey game, I am trying to edit it, to look like a professional NHL broadcast, the only thing I need now is the running countdown clock at the top of the screen, aside from the long tedious way of changing the title every second, there has to be some shortcut or freeware to do this for me, maybe an overlay? Does anyone know of such a program?

I've seen them offered for sale...hmmmmmmmm.

As for a shortcut I'm not aware of one. Might take a while to set up but you could make one in Photoimpact or Cool 3-D. I actually answere a similar post, here's how I would od it with Cool 3-D. http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=242135
