PI 11 Crashing on Express Fix

The program crashes everytime I try to open Express Fix. I had no problem with PI 10. I deleted and reinstalled but the problem remains. I may have to go back to PI 10 if there's no solution. I have the last update installed. I have a one-year-old Dell XPS laptop with a great graphics card. HELP!

I've seen other people here having to go back to PI10, Chuck. Believe it or not PIXL is playing up for me since I got my new system so it may be an incompatibility issue for us.

Does this happen with any image or with a particular one only?

The reason I ask is this: I have PI 10 and PI 11 on the same machine and both work fine.

The program hangs when attempting an Express Fix (I think that's what it is called) under the photo tab. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program once an the lockup continued.

I have been using PhotoImpact from just about when it appeared so I have been continuously upgrading. This is the first time I have had a problem.

Did it work before? If yes, what has changed on your system? New software/hardware?
