Media Studio Pro Installer Fails

Hi all,

I am having trouble installing Media Studio Pro 7.0 upgrade to my system. My pervious version of Media Studio Pro is 5.2. I am installing on Windows 2000 with service pack 4.

I recieve the message after the extraction and the installer begins:

The instruction at "0x77fcca14" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Any help would be appreciated.

Try to unzip the *.exe upgrade (I know it has .exe as its extension, but it might unzip anyway). If you get it to unzip to a folder, run the setup.exe.

Let us know what happens...
