I'm trying to unintall the trial version VidioStudio 10 and get this message :
" Installshield (R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "
This happens when trying to uninstall from Control Panel -Add/Remove Programs. As soon as I click on the Change/Remove button, the message box appears with a "Close" Button. After clicking the close button the message box closes and the uninstall never takes place.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Removed some files?
This happens when BEFORE running the remove programmes facility, one has already remove part of the programme. I believe the best option here is to 'search' for Ulead in your whole drive/s then manually delete each entry by right clicking, then choose delete. Then use a registry cleaner and re-boot.
