reinstalling video 7 to update to v10 plus

Hello,

I am new at this. My problem is when I purchased my computer video 7 came with it. It actually came on aiptek's pocket dv 4500 installation disk.It was already installed. Well when I found out about video 10 plus and it's trial version I deleted video 7 off of my computer and down loaded the v10 plus trial version. Well i have decided to purchase the v10 plus upgrade I can't because I need the serial no of the video 7. I tried to reinstall video 7 but it's not happening. all of the other ulead products on the disk reloads. The error message keeps saying installl shield (R) setup launcher must close. Can anyone help me out.
