You gave me the information I needed. I cannot believe that Ulead has such a flawed protection. Just as I was going to buy, now I am having second thoughts.

ive formatted xp 2 times :s i thought its a spyware or viruses

I was getting the same message but I didn't realize until now that it was Ulead that was causing it. Thanks guys.

I've just used MSConfig to stop the Ulead pre-loader (uvPL.exe) from executing on startup and the message has gone away. voila!

You might also read Paul "PacMan" Collins' "Startup Applications" list at http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php to see what other unnecessary items you can disable.

Hi, I have the same problem and I'm on deadlines here. I'm using a full, not a trial version.
