Hello i was just wondering if there is a way that i can convert a video file to a .mov quicktime movie file? I have Ulead Video Studio 10

While I am not sure this works across the board, put your file in the timeline, then go to Share > Create Video File and choose Custom. When the next window comes up, you will see 'Save as File type' which normally has mpeg in it by default. But if you click on the arrow, you are presented with a choice of formats which includes Quicktime .mov and .qt formats. You can further tweak this by selection 'Options'.
