Problem with background music for menu
I am creating a dvd using MovieFactory 4. I have two separate clips and and have a sound clip for background music that is approximately 6 minutes long. However if I choose the motion menu option than the sound will restart after the playing for 20 seconds or however long the motion menu is set to. It works fine if I do not use a motion menu but does anyone know how I can fix that either using MovieFactory or a third-party program, or at least change the preview picture in the menu so that they are not both black. Thank you for your time.

Hi Fehrge, and welcome to the forums..)
First the music background can only be a maximum of 30 secs, then it will loop. To fix it so that it may sound a bit more professional, use a free program like Audacity, to edit your music clip.
For the black preview picture, select/highlight one of them, then drag the Playhead to a point in the video that you want as the image. Then right-click on the Clip thumbnail, and select Change Thumbnail View.

In addition to the method mentioned by vidoman and the use of audacity
You can also do it using the method outlined here:
Creating the thumbnail menus
Although the article is written using VideoStudio the procedure is the same for MovieFactory.
