What version of MSP are you using? I have MSP 7.0VE, and MSP8.

I'm not sure in MSP7, other then, split the audio, copy/paste to another audio track. Then create a sound file, that you open in the audio editor, where you can pan the tracks right and left.

In MSP8 you split the audio, copy and paste to another audio track. Then just open the Audio Mixer Panel, and Pan the tracks left and right.

Again Nick J. to the rescue. His audio filters take care of this problem and more.

You might find that your camera is set to record in 2 channel audio. It puts channel 1 on the left side, and channel 2 on the right.

You don't need to use Nick's filters in MSP8, they (or something similar) are already there! (Fill Left and Fill Right).
