ulead telephone number

Post by donandjay »

Why is it that whenever I call the Americas telephone number for technical support, all I get is a recording saying they will be closed for xmas. Are they that far behind. I have waited until 9:30 PST as their support screens indicate. I only bought this software a few days ago and an already totally exhausted trying to get some answers.

This is just my opinion ok?

It seems that you are calling from overseas, which can not be cheap, especially when you are likely to placed on ignore (most call it hold) for a long, long time.

Some of the best help is found here on this forum. Post your questions, supply the requested information, stick with us and more then likely we will come up with a solution. The best part is the cost FREE.

About the only thing we can not help with is, financing, reimbursements etc..

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not having any luck with any of this. I also tried to submit a tecnical report form to them and as soon as I complete their logon screen, it comes back to me with another blank sign on screen andnever takes me to the actual request form. So now, I cannot get an answer by phone or by input form. What is with these people. And why on earth am I gettng a message about being closed for xmas on July 03rd. Surely they are not celebrating our independence day? As you have said, however, I have submitted my question to the visual studio forum and have already written back with the additionaly information that was requested. So the forum looks like the only real viable place to get support which makes me wonder why I bought this software in the first place. It would have been nice to know their support was impossibily poor, well non-existant so far. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it.

I should have mentioned that I am in New Mexico and am not sure what their 510 area code is. Is that an overseas number?

You stand more chance of connecting with Bin Laden than Ulead Tech Support. As Ron says, just post here and you'll get your issue resolved.
