Hi Screwball,
We need more information to help you with this.
Ron P.
We need more information to help you with this.
- What were you doing at the time of the crash?
- Does it crash doing the same function each time, or random functions?
- What is your workflow?
a. Capture, Edit, Share>Create Video, clear timeline, Share>Create Disc?
b. Capture, Edit, Share>Create Disc? - Where are your video files coming from, camcorder, DVD, Internet, TV?
- What are your Properties, Capture, Project properties?
a. Capturing to DV from a camcorder, or capture device?
b. Capturing to MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4)?
c. Capturing to DivX, Xvid? - Are you keeping your properties the same throughout your workflow?
a. If you capture to MPEG-2, are you creating a DVD-(NTSC or PAL) video file?

Thankyou for your attention.
1) I set up ulead to burn a DVD and after a many and varied time lapse, it comes up with the white labey saying encountered problem needs to close etc.
2) Same function, but I have tried rendering - using different settings - probably every combination possible! IWhen I successfully burned advd, the next time I used identical settings, and it crashed after 10%.
3) a) and b) alternately
4) Using JPEGS only as a slideshow, have not tried actual movies yet - got to get over this hurdld first.
5) Don't understand this one?
6) Pal

When you have finished editing your project containing the jpeg images.
You should Share Create a Video File, which you have done.
When this is complete a thumbnail of the file is placed in the library
Right click this file and select properties what are they?
Post them here.
When you Share Create Video file you should select Pal-Dvd as the format.
