wire frame

is it possible to make your own wire frame to overlay in another program ( Video Studio ) for one

Sure you can. Once your 3D model is created, one can render it in wire frame mode as an image file or video file with transparency also called alpha channel. There are many ways of achieving this in COOL3D for overlay use in Ulead's editors(VS & MSP). For animations: Create Video File with Video Save Options as Frame-based Compression None and 32-Bit RGB AVI. Others are Export Video Overlay, TGA image sequence, SWF and Animated GIF with transparent background checked or to save project as Ulead’s native .c3d. For images: Create Image File as TGA or GIF with transparent background checked.

Whoops really sorry . i guess is what i meant is a video frame like the ones with a frame and the inner part is empty for my pics.

Bill,
Its quite easy to create a film reel frame in COOL3D. In fact, there are a couple pre-made samples in COOL3D. Alter them or use them for study in creating your own. Then save as any of the before-mentioned ways of transparency(alpha channel) and import into VS.
