Hi, I'm new ... hoping for some help

Hi,

I'm new to your forums. I did a search and did not find an answer for my question.

I lost my c: drive and need to download a copy of Version 9, but I have been unable to find a place to download this version. I tried Version 10plus on trial for a couple days and at this time I am not interested in upgrading to this version. I contacted customer support a couple of days ago and have not received an answer. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

do you mean you already own VideoStudio 9 but have lost it and want to know where to get a replacement?

If so you need to contact whoever it was you bought it from - probably Element 5.

You will need to provide proof of purchase.

Yes, I own Version 9 but lost it. Actually, I downloaded it from the site so I don't have anyone to contact but Ulead.

Also, my product is registered with Ulead so there should be no problem there.

Element 5 (above) handle all of Uleads downloaded program purchases.

Thanks for the info.

I contacted Element 5 but they were unable to help me. They DID give me a number I contact Ulead with. I did that and verified the serial number. They said I should receive an email with the download link shortly. Appreciate your help!
