...you open the title you want from the title menu, and see a menu with two choices. One choice just says "Play Movie", and plays the whole title from the beginning. The second choice says "Chapter Menu", or "Scenes", and will bring you to the chapter menu.
Yes, you can link a button to a title/chapter or to another menu.

I've made a few concert videos. The main menu usually has 2 choices, "Play Concert" and "Select Songs". The "Play Concert" button is usually the default, so the concert starts automatically after 30 seconds or so, if the viewer doesn't do anything.
If so, how?
I normally use text-menus. First, I create the menus and set the chapter-points, then I simply drag a chapter or menu onto the text-button to link it. (You can edit the button's playlist as desired.)

Thanks for the response. You are describing the main menu, however. In the case I described, there is more than one title on the DVD. So the main menu only selects which title to watch. After selecting the title that has chapters, then I would want to see a menu such as you describe above- one button to play the whole video, and the other to go to the chapter menu.

In other words, is a menu such as you describe possible to create not only as the main menu (as in your example), but as a sub-menu? (That would create 3 overall layers of menus.)

DVD Workshop is far more flexible and yes you can create a sub-sub menu.
