I have bought this card, but I can't use with video studio, it has its own software TV PLUS 3.0 but I was wondering if I can use it with video studio.
I go to the capture Section of VS and select the device for the DLink Card, but the TV doesnt work, but when I use the software TV plus, it works well.
So my question is: Dub- t210 just work with its own software? or is there a way to work with VS?
Thanks in advance for your help.
d-link DUB-T210 TV Tuner/MPEG works with video studio?

Hi Pedromenba, and welcome to the forums..
Just a quick look at the D-Link card Found Here, it would probably be best if you capture using the software that came with the card. Then if you want to edit, you can use VS. I have not tried capturing recently with any device using USB or USB 2.0 which is what the D-Link uses. USB 2.0 is supposed to be a fast transfer technology.
What version of VS do you have?

DUB-T210 de D-Link
Well. my version is VS9, my D link card is working very well with its software TV plus 3.0 but when I work with the Video Studio 9; it is supposed that it has to work in the same way, I tried to capture the signal of Tv cable but I can't, so my main question is ..I can't work with any card TV with VS. these cards has to work with their own software or there are some tv cards that can be recognized by VS9?
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi Peter
I found this site http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Contrib/Worl ... dcast.html relating to Broardcasting Systems, It indicates that Peru uses M-Ntsc.
The nearest I could find with M-Ntcs was Venezuela which is listed in VS as an option.
Worth a try

Thanks for your help
Well, you are right, I can choose Venezuela to see cable TV (I am in PEru) because both use NTSC system. SO my conclusions are:
- I can use DUB-T210 CARD with video Studio, the VS recognizes it.
- I can use other country that use my same NTSC system to see Cable TV ( well, I have some problems because the channels are not in order, but at least I can see them).
