Hi,
i am trying to create a DVD from some AVI files, When i am done with arranging them in VS and adding titles etc, as soon as i click on SHARE -> Create Disc , VS just crashes, no warning message at all. Completely closes down. Has anyone else experienced this ? What could be causing this? where and how can i start tracing ??? Help please

You obviously have not read the Recommended Procedure in the top sticky post. With your clips and photos in the timeline, you should NOT be clicking on Share > Create Disc. Instead, you should first click on Share > Create Video File > DVD. This will produce a DVD-compatible mpeg-2. Then you close your project. Start a new project but do NOT put anything in the timeline. Then go to Share > Create Disc > DVD. When the burning page opens, insert your new mpeg-2, create your menu and burn to disc.
