Every year i make a dvd with a photo slide. This year is the first year i do it with videostudio.
My question is: how can i make a photo show with the best photo quality to play it on a tv screen.
Must i make the show with project properties= avi and then frame-based, dv1-2?
That is a quation wich i asked myself for quit a while: the project settings in vs10+ are always standard mpeg. That means that before i begin always change the project settings to avi because that is the best editing format i read several times on this forum.
The resolution is good, i always leave it at: 2048 x 1600.

Hi
Whilst making your slide show you are only using still images, audio, titles etc.
There is no mpeg content in the timeline, you are not editing Mpeg.
At some point you have to render the project to a Pal/Ntsc-Dvd file (mpeg 2) in order to burn the dvd.
Select Pal/ntsc-DVD from Sharte-Create Video File, using this new file to burn a disc.
If you wish to export the slide show to a camcorder then render to Dv-Avi by selecting Pal/ntsc-DV
