How best can I install VS and others

Post by Banji Abereoje »

Hi all,

I have 2 physical hard drives in my PC: 120GB (partitioned to 20, 80) & 80GB (partition to 35, 45).
For good video capturing/editing & the PC optimal performance:
- where best can I install VS, COOL 3D, COOL PS or MS
- considering VS, what drive(s) do I specify as “working folder” & “additional folder for preview files” while doing these settings:

File>Preference>General tab: Working folder (set to ?)
File>Preference>Preview tab: we have
1. Specify additional folder for preview files: (with a 4-space option)

2. Hard disk / limit hard disk usage to …

However, it should be borne in mind that my Operating system is installed in both 20 & 35GB.

Thanks in advance for your prompt response.
