MF5: Anybody missing the menu highlight preview on edit?

Post by snoops »

I believe that MF4 showed you the highlight of the menu when you selected a template and moved the mouse over the scene frames or buttons, without actually needing to jump to the real preview controls.

This was a nice feature, because you could see right away if the frame and button highlight color clashes (clash with an "L", not "R") with the background. Or if (MF5 trial template) a green flower is being used to highlight the item.
And you could simply click another template to see if that highlight is better for your menu.

Doesn't anybody miss this feature in MF5??

VideoStudio 10+ behaves the same. You only see the highlight images when you select the preview with the on screen remote control.
