Two Questions about DMF5 (Trial version)

Post by StephenHall »

Greetings,

I am trying the trial version of DMF5 (currently use DMF V2) and have a couple of questions...

I was able to find part of the answer to one question by searching but here goes. First, I have created an ISO image of a disk but ned to burn that to the actual DVD media. I understand that DMF does not do this and that I need some other burning software. Does anyone have any recomendations
for what to use to burn ISOs to DVD media? I am running WinXP pro if that matters.

Second, I would like to edit one of the templates to suit my desires but cannot find a way to do it. What I want is to be able to remove one of the elements. In the Gallery, under "thumbnail menus", there is only one option to choose from. In that layout, there is a wave sort of semi-transparent thing at the bottom. I can hide this element of make it small and hide it behind some other object, or I can hide it entirely, What I want to be able to do is to delete it. I have not found a way to delete any items on the layout. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks

Hi Stephen,

1. Start the MF5 Launcher, choose "Burn from image".

2. Sadly the program doesn't allow you to delete items.
But if you had the full version with other templates (or a template from an older version), you could choose one that doesn't have a flash animation integrated.
