Fast encode file export Unreliable not all exported.

MF5 problem: So there i was busy trying to JOIN my 9 mpgs and getting nowhere with the 'Some chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames [533:-2147216477:0]' error . So a thought came upon me, why dont i join them all and use the Fast Encode and export them as one big file, then maybe i could manually code up some chapter points and circumvent the error. Well it just took a few minutes and off i went. I joined a few files and exported them and things worked ok. So i cranked it up a bit and gave it the 9mpg's of 47mins total, and whoops, it all had the nice progress bar, and went smoothly and steadily to 100%. Unfortunately the output only contained files 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8,9 were left off. So i thought well maybe there's something wrong with 7,8 or 9 and its screwing it up. so i tried JOIning 6,7,8,9 and whoops again the output only had 6,7,8. So my sad little mind thought i will try 9,8,7,6, guess what, that one worked! This all seems to be related to JOINed separate mpg files.
Anybody know the cure?
As with my other problems, burning a DVD of the 9 mpgs on a main menu ie NOT JOINed works fine(but thats not what I want!).

If so, delete the chapters in all the mpegs before trying to join them.

If not probably one of the mpeg files has some corruption in it.

I didn't add any chapterpoints to the mpg's other than the default one you get when you ADD an mpg file to your project. You can't delete that one without removing the footage so there are no chapter points to delete. The JOIN works as such, and all the mpegs burn if you DONT JOIN them so there should not be anything wrong with them. It is just when you try and export the JOINed footage or try to burn it(with a chapter menu) then MF5 falls over.
