Libraries Missing

Hi,

I purchased a download up-grade to PI 11 earlier this year and also the Back-up disc.

I installed the download straight away, but didn't Smart Download any extras (Libraries etc) as I thought they would be on the disc. I only needed to do urgent photo enhancements at the time.

When the disc arrived I discovered the Libraries etc were not on it, so I Smart Downloaded them. But they wouldn't show up in Easy Palette. I kept getting the message that there were no Libraries/Galleries available.

So I decided to download the files from the alternate download site and install them manually. Which I did. But I still had the same problem. No Libraries available.

So I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the Program from the Disc and then manually installed the Libraries, but I still have the same problem.

Is there something that I am not doing that I need to do in PI 11 that I have never had to do with earlier versions of PI. I have had Versions 3, 6 and 8 before. Or if I do another Uninstall, are there other files that need to be removed that are not automatically removed?

It is getting frustrating.

same issue here. None visible.
I am currently going through the Beginner's Workshop. I just realized that the workshop screen shots show that I should have some kinds of installed galleries and libraries with my version of PI11. The Galleries and Libraries are empty. How do I get all of the content that I suppose should be in my installation?

I looked up the clean complete removal and reinstall post here. Everything looks okay now.
