VS10 Crashes during DVD Import

Well, the 1st few times I used these feature, I was successful. However then after the 3rd or 4th time I used it, it began to crash VS10. So I tried copying the DVD to my HD 1st, and doing it that way. I was again successful once, and now even that crashes the program! What could this be? Is there a patch to fix this problem? A remedy? Anything? I don't want to bother with this program If I can't use this feature. Thanks for the help!

First things first. Can we make sure you are doing it correctly.
