Video Studio 10 unstable

When I try and run Studio 10 I seem to loose the programe, either as I am just opening up a stored film, or perhaps any other time, the programe just disapears, as if i were not useing it at all. I have tryed different uninstalls, I have Two dard drives of 200 gigs, one stores the video and the other has the Studio programe on, this still does not stop the loss of the programe. Am I alone in this issue or does anyone else have my problem. Sorry this should be in Studio not Photoimpact

Have you tried our re-intallation method?
