dvd burning of Analogue video import

I have captured analogue video for creation of a dvd and everything has worked up to the point of creating the DVD. Process stops and a message "operation aborted" appears with no further explanation. I am using Ulead Video Studio 8 on a PC operating Windowa XP. Why am I unable to complete the disc burn process?
Any help would be graetly appreciated.
