if anyone knows how can i fix my ulead video studio 10 plus because when i open a RM movie clip the play icon become disable and when i drag it to the timeline a message shows

Your video is in the "Real Media" (RM) format.
Try converting it first to something editable, either DV (AVI) or MPEG2.

There is a converter available in Our links to FREE stuff

You may have encountered a DRM-protected video file. RealMedia features Helix Digital Rights Management, which can prohibit the use of a RealMedia file in an unauthorized way. If you have a RM file of World Cup footage that you downloaded somewhere, this is a real possibility.

soooo do u thing that there is no way to edit RM movie clip unless i converted it to another format because a got a big size long time RM movie and if i converted it it may take avery long time
so dont u have any solution without converting ??

I think the point Steve might have been making is that Real Media is not a format compatible with Video Studio. If you look in the drop down menu when you go to 'Insert Video' in either the library or the timeline, RM is not one of the acceptable formats.
