After installing Photo Express Ver. 3.0 SE on laptop running Win. ME, I'm getting Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library Error Messages "Abnormal Program Termination" when attempting to open PhotoExpress or Scanbutton Ver. 2.4.
Can anyone help?
