Smart Download Problem

I can only download certain items with smart download, I actually want the shapes library, it seems to download but the download filesize stays at zero.

Its not a firewall issue because some of the files download fine !

Can someone help me with this problem or suggest an alternate download location so that I can get the shape library ?

Large , Its not only you, I have been trying since Saturday Night and have run into the same problem. That being it loads part of the download and stops.

It gives me the same as what your saying that it seems to download but the download starts at zero.

I plan on contacting Ulead C.S. Tomorrow and will post their reasoning.

Go to the following page and download the three object librarys, they contain all the available librarys via smart download, plus also on the following page are the other smart download files.
