VideoStudeio 10 Plus for Content
Two weeks ago, I bought my new VideoStudio 10 Plus. I can't find Content in my VS CD and Bonus CD. Ulead service gave me link for Content but their server is slow. I have not heard from them since one week. I am not sure that they are working on it or go vacation. I have no idea to hear from them.

One of us is very confused Sultanman
Did you download the programme or do you have two discs. ??
The download programme is 135MB and then there is the extra content download - is this what you need ??
The programme disc for V10+ has about 470Mb on it and the 'programme' folder alone when installed is around 420Mb then there is the second "Bonus CD" which is about 260Mb - but there is nothing you absolutely have to install on the bonus CD - it does not add any titles or effects.
There is nothing on either disc actually called "Content" so it's no good looking for it, everything on the disc is 'Content' in one form or another.
but your reference to 135Mb makes me think you have downloaded but then how did you convince tech support that you have discs if they told you to look for the extras on your CD's - - but then you say that tech support gave you a link for the content ? - what happened when you used that link ??

Moderator: the download link will lead pirate user to download the file so it's been removed.
That is almost 300MB. I download it but their internet's server is slow. I am waiting for them to add more server. if they add more server, they will download fast.
I am interesting that you got 450MB. Mine is small. I don't understand why. I contact Ulead service last week. This week, they not answer me any. I don't know why. I can wait until next Monday and see it.

If you have the disc try reloading the programme using the 'Repair'option in the Windows "Add/Remove programmes function"
Click on "Start" and then choose "Control Panel". In Control Panel click on "Add/Remove Programs" - go down to VideoStudio and click on 'Change/Remove' - in the next box choose the 'Re-install' option

If you havent got an earlier version don't get the earlier version.
It wouldn't be worthwhile.
I posted the above so that you had an idea of what is already contained in Version 10. The picture is taken from an article elsewhere on this forum detailing how to use stuff from earlier versions - provided you have the earlier version.
I wasn't suggesting you went out and got an earlier version!
Sorry if I caused you any confusion.
