Hi to u all, I'm evaluating cool3d and I've tried a sample tour with imgs included in tril version.
The result on web page cannot be seen by my browser (explorer 6.0, OS: XP Pro) and moreover i'm not redirected to any download of plugins.
Questions:
1. Why does it happen
2. Can I export in any format that doesn't require any plugin
3.Is there any possibility that the required plugin is just installed on client pc when user comes on my wep page with presentation...I mean: are there any other programs or platform using the same plugin?
Thanks in advance
bye!
cool 3d plugin

Hi Bruce, and welcome to the forums..
I don't understand what results? What is the file format that you are wanting your browser to see? Is it an AVI, GIF, JPEG, or SWF? All of those formats are recognized by IE, and Firefox. However with an AVI it will be downloaded instead of just playing.
You should be able to export to AVI, and SWF. However to have your finished product viewed/play on your website you need to have it embedded in an HTML document. With an AVI, the file size is going to be huge, and no one will want to wait forever on it to play. SWF's files are compressed and designed to be viewed on webpages. Do you have the Flash Update Pack installed? You can download it and the other update packs here:
