I am using Ulead Image Pals 2 program on my win98se computer.
it is probably a very old one and no support could be found.
usually i can use the appliance efficiently, but lately I tried to apply the "fill" command. The Help file explains the possibilities of the program menu but it gives no hint how to apply them.
if anybody knows and uses or used this program or knows about any tutorial for using this specific command, i will gratly appreciate his/her help
