Audio edit question

Is there a product that will enable me to do the simple video edits (fades, cuts, splits, etc) and will also let me edit the audio portion (increase volume, filter, etc)?

Yes, VS, Vegas, Adobe, Final Cut, any NLE software.

If you are on this forum then I assume you use or are thinking of using VideoStudio. VideoStudio will do all that you asked. There are other great (and free!) audio filters that can be used within VideoStudio. For more of those see here: http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=12931

If you are not currently a VS user then I suggest you download the free trial and give it a spin. :wink:
