Hello everyone.
I recently had my video filters disappear in mid-project. I am planning to fix the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling VS10+. My question - how exactly do I reinstall and will I lose all of my dozens of thumbnails in audio and video? I am new at this. Thanks.

Hi Rick, and welcome to the forums..
For instructions on re-installing a Ulead program you can read the tutorial by Steve Jones: http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 5773#55773
When you re-install you do loose all those thumbnails. What you need to do is go to the Directory where Ulead VS10+ is installed, the default would be C:/Program Files/Ulead Sytems, then Ulead VideoStudio/VideoStudio 10. Now look for the Samples Folder. In that folder should be Video, Images and Audio folders. However unless you add to them all the samples would be reinstalled. If you added additional content then you would need to copy those to another part of your HDD. Then after reinstalling you can go into the Library manager and reinsert them.
