Program refuses to uninstall- help!

I installed a trial version of Ulead PhotoImpact XP (8.5) on my machine. I don't wish to purchase the software after trying it (I have Photoshop which works much better, imo), but when I went to uninstall it gives me an error and refuses to. I tried to find another copy of the trial software to reinstall, hoping it would uninstall properly this time, but apparently this is an older version. I cannot find it anymore. Any help would be much appreciated, as this program is wasting disk space on my machine. Thank you.

What's the error? where are uninstalling it from?

I'm uninstalling from my control panel and the error is: Error loading C:\PROGRA~\COMMON~\INSTAL~\PROFES~\RunTime\0701\Intel32\Ctor.dll

I should probably add that I found the file that it says it can't find, but it's in 0901 (not in 0701), and I have no problems uninstalling anything else on my machine.

I've only found one reference to that file, is it mispelled wrong becasue there's multiple hits for Ctor.dll
