Not even starting

When I click on the icon (Ulead VideoStudio 10), the screen comes up to choose from the 3 options...i forgot exactly what they were. Then when I click on one, it starts loading it and then never shows up. It just closes and doesnt do anything. Any suggestions?

If you have the cd, insert the cd & click on "repair" & see if that works for you...

In the absence of any system specs, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the software. But we really need to see your system specs.

i tried reinstalling but that didnt work
where do i find my specs?

I run exactly in the same problem. even after reinstalling I was not able to start the software. Unfortunately, I can not follow the link. please can you check for the correct writing?

I checked the link and followed what it said but after Performance Settings, I lost him. I think its because I dont have Service Pack 2

Thanks for the answers so far!
Unfortunately, I couldn't get the software running

As the trial phase will expire soon, I would like to ask what I should
provide to whom to make progress on this issue.
Otherwise the trial will only show that I am not able to run this software
