more video filters... how do I use them?

I read a while back about a site that had some extra transitions for video studio. They work great! Well, I just noticed on the same site there are some extra effects and filters here: http://www.burgers-transition-site.de/d ... index.html
I got the stand alone program to work, but does anyone know how to make these filters work with video studio? I have no idea how to apply the filters. Thanks.
