I am not sure this is a DWS question but since I authored the DVD on DWS I guess I can ask it here. Like most people I have more than one DVD player/recorder (five actually) plus my computers. My question is this. The DVD plays differently on some of the players. What I mean is that they do not play the menu in the same way. I have a first play video and then I go into a first menu. From there I have links to other menus and videos and when I play them in the player in DWS they react the way I planned. But then in one of my players it plays the first play and then goes directly into the video that is next to the first play on the bottom menu in the setup screen in DWS. Also, on some menu pages that I want to play a choice and then come back to the menu, it continues to play another video without coming back to the menu.
What I am am askng is have other people experienced this and is there a step in DWS that I am missing to finalize the DVD. Thank you for taking the time to read this. It is not an earth shattering problem but if I give DVD’s to other people I would like to know how they are going to react. Maybe it has happened to some people but they have not told me.
