Can anyone help resizing in photoimpact 11

Hi. I am trying to resize photos for a dvd that i am making in Videostudio 9. I read on the forum board that they need to be about 720 by 480 and 200 dpi. I am new to Photoimpact 11 and cannot figure it out. I need step by step instructions. I saw the help file but did not work for me, i must be doing something wrong. Thank you.

From the menu bar select 'Adjust >Resize' or 'Adjust >Resolution'.

You could also visit this site http://photoimpact-international.com/resources.html and look for a suitable tutorial.
