New User--Slideshow Timeframe Question

Post by CLM »

Do ALL of my photos have to remain on screen for EXACTLY the same time? I want the first image with text to remain longer than subsequent photos, but I cannot make that happen, if I change one, they ALL change.

The documentation is sure vague on how to create things and details...So far a disappointment. :(

Please help....

Thank you for your response!

Can I confirm a few things? I'm using the full version of MF5, so I'm not sure.

I think I understand what you're saying, but I'm not sure I understand WHY the program would be set up this way. Are you saying that I will either need a separate slideshow for each photo I want displayed longer than a set inverval, like 5 seconds, (which is fine if that's the way the program is set up) OR if I have a photo I want displayed longer I need to add a soundtrack to each photo. What if it's a photo that I don't want music behind?

Maybe I purchased the wrong product....?

What I'm doing is trying to create a DVD with music, photos queued to the music (rather than at intervals), narration, and video interviews loaded from a video camera.
