However you have posted this in the tutorials section
If it is a Ulead program, did you register it with Ulead? If so you can go to Ulead's Website http://www.ulead.com.tw/ulead/member/me ... FS=US&pg=3 and login, then click on View my registered products. It will list all the serial numbers for the programs you have registered. You can even view all the products you have download (TBYB..Trial versions)..
