Video Studio 10 can't load

Hello everyone

I'm having trouble loading my free trial of video studio 10. I just use it for 5 or 6 days and after that i can't load the application anymore. I tried to remove it and downloaded another one but still i can't open the program. Again, I removed it then install into my other drive, but still I can't load the program.
I,m planning to buy this program because it can recognize my Sony HDR-HC1EK Video cam, unfortunately i'm having trouble with it

Can anybody help me what to do? Am I missing something?

Hi Cors,

Have you been able to resolve this? When you uninstalled your TBYB version did you do a clean uninstall, as described here: http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 5773#55773

Iif your trial expired, then you will not be able to reinstall. It is a safeguard Ulead uses. So if you had the program installed even though it may have been several days before using it, the timeclock still runs on the 30 days. In other words, if you install it, then wait for 14 days before using it, 14 days has still passed, and your time will only be 16 days.

Hi, i didn't resloved this, i totally remove it to my pc already.
But I'll try to do a clean uninstall from that link you provided and i'll see if that help. I'll let you know later

I actually downloaded that TBYB last June 14, no 30 days yet. In case i'll try to download another one, hope i won't be in trouble though.
And unfortunately, there's no copy of that Ulead Video Studio 10 Plus yet in Hong Kong, my only choice then is to buy online. And as I read to other threads here that the one comes in a box is a lot better that the downloaded one. I just don't how long does it take to arrive here in Hong Kong

Hi!

I did the clean installation, follwed everything from that link provided, and I can load the program. But I got one more problem arise. When I tried to capture from my HC1 cam, I got this message "Failed to build a preview graph!"

I can see the time running (I mean tape is playing) below the screen preview but no preview of my video!
The fiorst time I use it's not like this, it automatically capture my HC1 and I can watch the video from preview screen. Now it's all black! HELP!
