VS9 - convert single channel audio to both channels?

I recorded a video with a mono mic which resulted in audio being recorded on only one channel. In VS9 is their a way to produce this audio on both channels, e.g., copy the the audio on left channel to right channel, or make the audio mono (both channels)?

Yes. There is a button in 'Audio' called "Duplicate Audio Channel" which lets you choose the channel to be duplicated.

That's the 'Audio' accessed by clicking the loudspeaker down in the bottom left corner - not the 'Audio' tab at the top of the screen.
