Licence Key

I ordered the box copy of VS10 and it said that it would give me a licence key through email and my box would be shipped. I cannot locate the licence code anywhere in any of the emails. Do I just wait for the box copy? I just ordered it because I wanted a hard copy of the program incase of a crash.

Hi Squeaky,

The license key, should be on the outside of the envelope containing the Program Install Disc. So do not discard it, once you receive it...

I think you'll find this 'licence key' e-mail is a mistake by ulead, you do NOT need a licence key to install and use VideoStudio from the discs - all you need is the serial number which is clearly indicated on a label stuck on the CD cover.

If you have purchased an 'upgrade' version and un-installed the previous 'qualifying' programme you may also need the serial number of that previous version.
